She was kind, patient, accommodating, and transparent as we worked toward prequalification, clearly explaining the requirements and responding promptly to our questions. After nine months of preparation, her guidance helped us purchase our home in just eight weeks.
The only area for improvement was communication from the escrow team during the final stage, when we were waiting to schedule signing and closing. More frequent updates would have eased our anxiety. Overall, the team was wonderful, and we are deeply grateful for their support. Alena’s kindness, patience, and guidance made a lasting impression.
