We’re looking for a motivated Insurance Account Representative to join our growing team in Hinsdale, IL.

What you’ll do:
✨ Connect with new and existing customers
✨ Generate leads through calls, referrals & networking
✨ Help customers find insurance coverage that fits their needs
✨ Build long-term customer relationships and grow your book of business
What we’re looking for:
📍Polish and/or Ukrainian language proficiency — required
📍Property & Casualty license — preferred
📍Sales experience — preferred
📍Strong communication and people skills
📍Self-motivated, organized and comfortable starting conversations
💰 $25–$35/hour base pay + commissions, bonuses & office incentives
⏰ Part-time & full-time opportunities
