Meet our team!

Nicole Jesus is our Loan Servicer at Haa Yakaawu Financial Corporation.

In her role, Nicole is responsible for the ongoing servicing and administration of our loans after closing. She works directly with borrowers throughout the life of their loan, including processing and monitoring payments, maintaining loan records, managing borrower communications, tracking insurance and other required documentation, monitoring account status, and assisting with servicing-related questions and needs.

Nicole plays an important role in ensuring our borrowers continue to receive responsive, consistent support long after their loan closes. Her work helps HYFC maintain strong relationships with our borrowers while ensuring our loan portfolio is accurately serviced and managed.
