A graduate of Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Amber combines her background in financial services with a strong understanding of asset protection and risk management. Whether she’s helping a business owner navigate commercial insurance or working with a family on personal coverage, her goal is simple: provide trusted guidance and tailored solutions that bring confidence and peace of mind.

We’re shining the spotlight on Johnny Sweet, one of the trusted members of the Pruitt Agency team serving Northeast Arkansas!

A Northeast Arkansas native, Johnny has been a licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance agent for more than 20 years. He joined Pruitt Agency, Inc. in February 2023, bringing experience and a genuine passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Johnny enjoys building and cultivating lasting relationships with his clients by taking the time to understand their needs and finding insurance solutions that protect them both personally and professionally.

Outside of the office, Johnny enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys. The Sweet family loves making memories at the lake, floating the river, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Spotlight on the Agent: Misti Atkins
Misti joined the Pruitt Agency in September of 2019 so she is fast aproaching her 7th work anniversary.
She was raised in Monticello but has lived in Searcy for several years. She has many years of retail sales and customer service experience, has been a licensed agent for 6 years and completed her CISR designation in 2022. Misti services many accounts all over the state but with a focus in Searcy and NWA.

In her off time she loves to spend time with friends and family, loves to read and watch movies and sports.
