👔 Happy Boss’s Day, Eric!

Some people are fortunate enough to have a great boss, and I can honestly say I'm one of them!

I'm grateful for the trust you place in me, the opportunities you've given me, and the way you always make me feel appreciated. But beyond all of that, I'm especially thankful for your kindness, understanding, encouragement, and the fact that you genuinely care.

Having a boss who believes in you is one thing but having someone who supports you through more than just the workday is something pretty special.

Thank you for all the big things, the little things, and everything in between. I appreciate you more than you know!

Today is Boss and Employee Exchange Day when Miranda and I are supposed to switch roles for a day.

This is absolutely terrifying for me! 😨 But not because I’m scared of what being an employee to Miranda as boss would be like, but rather what it would be like performing her role.

The reason our team works so well isn’t because I’m a better boss or because she’s best suited as an employee, it’s because we each excel at our own responsibilities.

There is no way I could serve in Miranda’s role as well as she does…nor do I want to try.

But in the spirit of Boss and Employee Exchange Day, I promise that Miranda has no challenges being a boss…she gets great practice every day! 😂

Happy National Son & Daughter Day

These 3 bring me immense joy and pride. I’m grateful today and every day for them.

They’ve all grown into successful adults, very capable young people.

How fortunate am I that they still call me Dad, still ask for advice, and share laughs and tears (and pay for their phones!)
