📌 2027 ACA affordability percentage: 10.22%
📌 2026: 9.96%

So, what does that mean for your business?

Under the ACA, applicable large employers need to make sure the coverage they offer meets certain affordability and minimum value requirements.

For 2027, the affordability percentage is 10.22% of an employee's household income.
