Its been a while since I have said thank you to all of my clients that have help make my business a success. It could not happen without you and I am very grateful and want to say THANK YOU!!!!! 2024 was an interesting year in the insurance industry and I am not for sure how 2025 will look. I hope to see some improvements.

Homeowner's insurance policies are changing daily it seems like. You can expect to see higher deductibles being placed on wind/hail and you can probably expect to see some other roof coverage changes, such as Actual Cash Value instead of Replacement Cost on roofs from carriers.
