Absolutely THRILLED to announce that I helped two families today!
12 months of mortgage payments secured for one family, and $500,000 of accidental death benefit for another family.

Helped a couple this morning with 6 months of mortgage payments each if either were to pass away.
That means God forbid they die before that loan is paid off, and they have 6 months of payments on that loan to figure out if they need to refinance, sell the house, get a roommate, etc.
So much better than the bank foreclosing and them losing $125,000 in equity!

Spent the last almost two weeks working with my client to find coverage.
Type 1 diabetic with a heavier build made it difficult! But I got him $13,000 in coverage with Corebridge for less than $100 a month.
Protects his wife for just over a YEAR with the mortgage they currently have.

Happy my perseverance paid off - for his family and mine!
