Kelsey is part of our sales team, but she also has a pretty unique role in our office: she's one of our front-line people for claims communication.
Translation? When you've filed a claim and you're wondering “Okay…what happens now?” Kelsey helps you follow the process, stay updated on the status, and understand what's happening along the way.
And insurance isn't just something Kelsey knows from behind a desk.
When she was younger, she experienced a serious dog bite. The dog owner's renters policy ultimately helped pay for her medical expenses, giving her a very real, firsthand look at why the right coverage can matter when something unexpected happens.
Beyond insurance? Kelsey is bubbly, easy to talk to, and always ready for a good conversation. Around here, she's also known for going the extra mile to help our insureds stay informed and understand their coverage.
