As of 2:15 we are able to access our systems as well as online banking. Please note that items still need to process and transaction still need to post  so balances may not reflect the most recent activity. 
We appreciate your patience during this time and we will update you as soon as everything is back to normal processing.

Update on our system outage:
As of 12:15 our processor has identified the root cause and remediation is now underway. Our processor has confirmed that this was NOT a security event or a cyber attack. This was a network configuration issue resulting from scheduled maintenance. We have been advised we will receive an estimated time of restoration soon. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We completely understand your frustration as we are frustrated as well. Thank you for your patience during this time. We will continue to share updates as they become available .

Update on online banking:

We understand how frustrating this service interruption has been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

The issue stems from system maintenance that resulted in unexpected network connectivity problems. This not only affects online banking but our daily operations. Our service provider has identified the area of concern and is actively working toward a resolution.

Please know that we share your frustration and are in constant communication with our provider, pushing for services to be fully restored as quickly as possible.

When she’s not at work, Alissa enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks with her dog, Mocha, playing pickleball with friends, and exploring new coffee shops. ☕🐾🏓

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Joplin Metro Credit Union is once again raising funds to benefit Hope 4 You and local women battling breast cancer.
