For 18 years, Mechell has been a valued part of the JMCU family, building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service to our members. Her dedication, knowledge, and positive attitude make a difference every day.

Outside of work, Mechell enjoys spending time with friends and family, riding motorcycles, camping, swimming, fishing, and snuggling with her dog, Gracie.

JMCU's Skip-A-Pay is back! Eligible members can skip up to two consecutive loan payments and free up a little extra cash for gifts, travel, holiday meals, or whatever the season brings.

Yesterday, our Executive Vice President, Jennifer, celebrated 33 years with Joplin Metro Credit Union! 🎉

From her start as a Member Service Representative to the leadership role she serves in today, Jennifer has dedicated more than three decades to our members, team, and community.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling. She loves true crime, documentaries, and anything history-related. Her collection of random facts always comes in handy on trivia night!
