This video was the very first time we had ever walked through this property, so everything you see is completely raw and unfiltered. We had no prior walkthrough, no preparation, and no idea what condition the house was really in until we stepped inside with the camera rolling.

The property turned out to be extremely dilapidated, with major neglect, damage, and surprises around nearly every corner. What started as a simple walkthrough quickly became an eye-opening look at just how rough this fixer upper really was.
