We’re looking for a motivated Leasing Agent to assist with our property management efforts.
Job Duties:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
- Assist with the application process, including collecting necessary documentation and conducting background checks.
- Maintain knowledge of local rental markets and competitive properties. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects.
- Handle lease signings and explain lease terms and conditions to new tenants. - Address resident inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Promote property amenities and community events.
- Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
