Beyond proud of Lily today. ❤️

She was recognized at her award ceremony this morning, and as a dad, moments like this mean everything. Seeing her up on that stage made me incredibly proud.

Also very thankful for my team holding things down at the office while I was able to be there for her. That support means a lot to me. Grateful for a team that understands family comes first and continues to step up every day.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Our office worked until noon today and is now closed for the remainder of Memorial Day as we take time to reflect, honor, and spend time with loved ones.

🏆FOLIO MVP: TAIYLOR🏆

Recognition isn't just about premium numbers around here, it's about attitude, effort, ex*****on, and buying into the mission.

This past folio, Taylor earned our MVP award because she did exactly that.

She bought into the process.
She trusted the system.
She stayed coachable.
She pushed hard.
And most importantly... she executed.

Not only did she hit her monthly premium goal, but she also submitted the most life insurance applications in the agency-which tells me she wasn't just chasing quick wins, she was doing the right thing for families and protecting people the right way.

What really stood out to me was her consistency and how she kept pushing all the way through the final day instead of coasting.

That's what MVPs do.

Growth happens when talent meets discipline, and this folio Taiylor showed exactly what that looks like.
