The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a 19-year-old female that has been reported as missing by her family members.

On Sunday, October 22nd, family members of Hollynn Snapp reported her missing to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office. They stated that they last spoke with Hollynn on Thursday, October 5, 2023 and stated that this was unusual, as they normally speak with her daily.

At this time, Hollynn’s location is unknown and anyone that has information regarding her location or if anyone has spoken to her, they are asked to call the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office at 423-279-7330. A photo of Hollynn is below. She is described as having brown hair, hazel eyes, is 4'10" tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds.

We have a sad update to pass along. 64-year-old Michael Gosey was found deceased this morning. His family is in our thoughts.

A has been issued on behalf of the Sullivan County, TN Sheriff's Office for 64 y/o Michael L. Gosey.

He has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return home safely without assistance.

Mr. Gosey is 5'9", 175 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. His 2007 Toyota Camry was located Thursday afternoon in the area of Lakeview Marina in Kingsport.

8 years ago today I walked into my probation officers office and asked him to take me to jail that day. He looked at me like I was crazy. I was so tired and sick of using. I knew if I was out there another day it was going to be my last. I continued out the remainder of my probation for that case in jail. Upon getting out I entered a recovery house. And have remained sober for the last 8 years! I am so grateful for my life today!

**Update - April 22, 2023, 7:30 p.m.**We are happy to announce that the missing Smith children have been located at a motel in Abingdon, Virginia, by law enforcement. They are safe and are presently being turned over to the Department of Social Services.

We would like to thank all of the local, state, and federal agencies who have worked countless hours since the children went missing in an effort to locate and ensure the safety of the kids.
