🌟 Employee Spotlight: Amanda Erickson

Amanda Erickson has been a valued part of the Sunbelt Finance team for the past two years, bringing a positive attitude and a team first mindset to everything she does. What she enjoys most about working at Sunbelt is the people. Everyone is supportive, approachable, and always willing to help with whatever needs to be done.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and taking mini vacations whenever she can. She loves getting away, recharging, and making memories along the way. One of her biggest goals is to take a trip to Australia, and she also hopes to visit as many state parks as possible.

Amanda’s easygoing nature and willingness to help make her a great part of the Sunbelt team, and we are glad to have her with us.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Vanessa Roedel ✨

Vanessa Roedel will be celebrating five years with Sunbelt Finance this July, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team as an Account Representative.

Vanessa loves being able to connect with her clients and help them through any challenges they may face. Coming from a retail background, she values the opportunity to build more meaningful relationships and truly get to know the people she works with. She also appreciates how supportive and helpful her coworkers are, which makes each day even better.

One thing that always brings a smile to her face is hearing from her clients, especially when they share a little humor along the way.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her two girls and making memories with family and friends. She also loves to travel and dreams of visiting Italy or relaxing on a beautiful beach.

A fun fact about Vanessa is her unique collection of gnomes. What started as a joke has grown into a collection of over 100.

Her best piece of advice is to be patient with yourself when learning something new.

Today we’re celebrating Michelle and her work anniversary at Sunbelt Finance 🎉

Michelle is someone who truly shows up for both her clients and her team. She brings a genuine, people-first approach to everything she does, and it’s clear she takes pride in helping others.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her enjoying time with her family, catching live music, or staying active with tennis and golf. She also loves getting away and making memories in some pretty incredible places.

We’re lucky to have her on our team and appreciate the care, consistency, and positive energy she brings every day.
