The VA loan is by far the most flexible loan program and such a blessing for my fellow veterans. Don’t allow yourself to get screwed by someone who doesn’t understand it and try’s to pawn you off onto another loan program. Talk to an expert.

Ended last week closing two home loans. Both of these families are great people and both are first time home buyers. As a mortgage broker, I don’t just shop one place for your rate and I have a ton of available programs that are exclusively offered to brokers only. I have ALOT of banks and wholesalers who all present different offers - some better than others - and this allows me to shop the rate for you.

Congrats to my clients. And both of these deals had amazing real estate agents representing the buyers!
