Your communication style sends subconscience signals to others when you're emailing. If you drone on or have a lot of run-on sentences, your customers learn to ignore your messages. If you write like you're in an SEO/GEO conest, their brain is going to block it out as fluff. If you use dirty tricks (even just to get an email opened), they'll think you're deceptive. Your reputation, relationships, and resources are constantly impacted by your commuincations. People want to work with real people. Be authentic and keep those subject lines clean and simple.
What should you do instead?
1. Keep it short and to the point.
2. Write it like you're talking to a friend. Maybe not a super close friend though.
3. Finish writing your email FIRST then go back to the subject line.
4. Using the "re:" trick really annoys people. Just don't.
5. Keep it concise and supportive of your actual email content.
