We traded the conference room for lunch at Lemonade House Grille- Downtown Jonesboro and spent some time catching up with friends from across the real estate and lending world.

Today we attended the Jonesboro Young Professionals Network Lunch hosted at Story Rentals with catering by Native Brew Works. We had the opportunity to hear from a panel of local AI leaders discussing real-world implementation and the future of AI across industries.

Hayden McClain with Kalmer Solutions, Jackie Dotson, and Tommy Murphy from NYIT School of Osteopathic Medicine shared valuable insight on how AI can be implemented in our industries to improve efficiency, communication, and overall business operations. Great event with even better conversation around where technology is heading and how we can adapt alongside it.

Between lunch yesterday with Rhett Hosman and this morning meeting with Nick Goodwinand the folks at Jonesboro Living Magazine, then wrapping it up with the team at USA Mortgage, we’ve definitely stayed busy.

We were able to sit down with Rhett and talk shop about insurance market trends and some of the battles we face in the industry. The guy knows his stuff and is just a joy to be around.

Nick stopped by with some 7 Brew Coffee along with sweets from Southern Confections to kick off the morning. Great energy, great guy, and someone definitely on the come up over at Centennial Bank as a junior mortgage lender.

We finished the Morning stopping by USA Mortgage and keeping it quick because they were busy. It was great hearing more about what Jonesboro Living Magazine is doing in the community as well.

We’re continuing to learn every side of the business, build relationships, and find ways to better serve the great clients and partners throughout our region.

The past few days have been filled with great conversations and even better people looking forward to more!

Started the morning at Northeast Arkansas Board of Realtors for a quick coffee meeting discussing foreclosures and short sales, which was very informative for us.

We’re focusing on learning every side of a deal in this business and understanding the different avenues where we can provide value for our partners and future partners moving forward.

Had some time freed up around lunch and stopped by Integrity Title Company to check out their new location, along with another office they recently opened in Rogers. Both locations opened around four months ago. Great people out there, and we’re looking forward to continuing to learn, stay connected, and grow relationships with their team. They also had a giveaway going on at the office, which was a great touch and another example of them staying involved with the community and clients they serve.

We strive to stay involved in the community and understand where we can best fit and help those who share the same industry space as us. As always, we truly appreciate the support and connections we continue to make along the way.
