I had a tough deal that just closed in Morris, IL today. My client took advantage of the Illinois Housing Development down payment assistance program and received about $230 back at closing. We encountered challenges but we overcame them all. I continue to live out my mission to convert renters into owners. Who is next? Special thanks to The Law Office of Lisa Marie Raucci and Real Estate Agent Stacy McDavid Nava for rocking this deal with me and for trusting me when things got dicey.

The best part of my career is the love I get back from my clients.
