(10:30PM Thur, March 30th 2023) Thursday night update on a storm system that will move through the region on Friday, bringing a severe t'storm risk to all of the state. With this update we have expanded level 3 severe t'storm risk probabilities a bit across portions of Northern and Central Illinois. It is possible severe t'storms probabilities may need to be increased in some areas in later updates.

•Early Friday afternoon - Early Friday night, March 31st.

Location...
•All of Illinois.

Impacts...
•A level 2 to 3 severe t'storm risk is in place across all of Illinois, from early Friday afternoon through early Friday night.
•Widely scattered to scattered severe t'storms are likely, posing a risk of damaging winds, large hail and tornadoes.
