Aaron left on military orders yesterday morning for the first time since the move. We have been doing a lot of adjusting over the last few months, and I continue to be amazed and so proud of our sweet kiddos for taking everything in stride.

That being said, last night was a little rough, and this morning was very rough… lol. Sometimes, I just need to take a deep breath, find my patience, slow down, and make sure I love on those babies a little extra. So that's what we did—we took our time this morning, and I stayed at school drop-off a little longer than usual.

I cannot imagine not having the flexibility and freedom to balance my family's needs and my career, and for that, I will always be grateful! Shoot, I may even pick them up a little early today too! ❤
