Something I’m incredibly grateful for right now is being able to grow without having to sacrifice commissions.
I’m getting real support behind the scenes with the things it takes to build a business — marketing, direct-mail campaigns, my podcast, agent recruitment, recruitment events, and other opportunities to get my name and my business in front of more people.
And the best part? I’m able to have that support while still maintaining top commissions.
That matters to me because I believe agents shouldn’t have to choose between getting paid well and having someone invest in their growth.
When you’re building with the right people, your production can help create opportunities that benefit everyone — more marketing, more exposure, more recruiting, more resources, and ultimately more ways to grow your business.
I’m genuinely grateful to be in a position where I can have the support to build my business, my brand, and my team without giving up the commissions I worked hard to earn.
