From Walmart’s price-match policy to Target’s weekly sales plan, knowing when to shop can be big.

Oh, and the IKEA “As-Is” section might just be the greatest find of them all if you’re into that sort of thing. You’ll probably want a spreadsheet (or a list on a legal pad) to keep track of all the great info we’ve got for you!
