Big News! We’re Moving to a New Location 🎉🚚

Hey everyone!

Tim Arrowood here. I’ve got some BIG news to share with you all... 🎉
We’ve officially leased a new building and are MOVING! 🏢🚀

Here’s the scoop:

-It’s a huge step for us – this place has been my “baby” for years, but it's time for a change!

-We’re downsizing – with most of our team working remotely, 3,000 square feet just wasn’t necessary anymore. We’re moving to a space that better suits our current needs!

-The old space has found a new home – an engineering firm will be moving in, so the building will continue to be put to good use! 🙌

I just recorded a video about my annual Pumpkin Pie Giveaway, and I wanted to share a quick thought with you!

If you’re in real estate or mortgages and you’re not hosting a thank-you event for past clients and referral partners, you’re missing out.

For the past 8–9 years, I’ve been giving away pies on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It’s a fun, easy way to show appreciation, catch up, and enjoy the season—without any sales pitch.

While it often leads to a few deals, the focus is always on saying "thanks!"
