The Villas at K**b Creek - Phase II is a garden home community jointly developed by Z Development, LLC. and CSE Construction
Z Development, LLC is a new development company that is focusing on residential development in and around the Johnson City area. The company is owned by Mike Zervos and managed by his son, Jon Zervos (President), both of Johnson City. Mike and Jon were former executives in the mining industry and started up Z Development in 2021.
Z Development currently has two development projects involving the construction of garden homes and has several projects on the drawing board that involve residential and commercial projects on Boone Lake, including a marina and restaurant.
The K**b Creek project includes the construction of 10 garden homes ideally situated in the center of Johnson City with excellent access to medical facilities, restaurants and businesses located on both State of Franklin and Roan Street
There are at total of 10 garden homes with 8 still available for sale including:
