Low inventory and rate increases have made the industry a bit of a challenge right now, but that doesn't mean that the homeownership dream is dead. Right now, buyers need advocates! They need people in their corner who have their best interest in mind. They need a mortgage tailored to their needs and they need an agent who knows how to win these deals.

It is always humbling when someone takes time out of their day to write such a nice review!

One of the things I stress to my buyers and agents is that credit scores have a big impact when it comes to certain loan programs and pricing. This is why I run credit repair on all of my clients, regardless of their score.

This client started with a score in the 630's back in October 2022, which is a qualifying score for some loan programs. As I started looking at her credit report it was easy to see that with just a few tweaks we could get her score boosted up FAST. Within 30 days we were up to a 698, a 60 point increase, and this client was able to qualify for a conventional mortgage.

Sometimes you just need someone that is there to help you, educate you and have your best interest in mind. Surely I could have approved her the first day we talked and let it go, but that would have not been the right thing to do.
