We are happy to support the students at Griswold High School.
Griswold High School is fortunate to have so many unique scholarships to offer our graduating seniors and help support their future goals, no matter their chosen path. This series highlights scholarships awarded each year at Senior Awards Night, which took place on May 27 this year for the Class of 2026.
Thank you to Jewett City Savings Bank, which sponsors several scholarships for our graduates:
⭐ The JCSB Griswold High School Fiftieth Anniversary Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student who has been accepted to a college or university; the selection process considers students’ scholastic merit, character, membership in honor societies, and participation in school and civic activities.
⭐ The JCSB Scholarship is awarded to a student with the desire to obtain a higher education, good scholastic achievement, and creditable character, ambition to succeed, and need for financial assistance.
⭐ The Class Marshal Awards are awarded to the third and fourth-ranking students in the class.
⭐ The JCSB Community Service Scholarship is awarded to a student with a desire to obtain a higher education, who has a history of community service throughout his/her high school career, and has a credible character.
