Fear of “failure.”

Analysis paralysis.

These are things I see every day from sales people or just people just getting started OR just spinning their wheels...

Here’s the truth:

The people who end up being successful and making an impact take action.

They take action when it’s not easy, when it’s not “comfortable,” and when the outcome is unknown.

They take action despite people doubting them, not understanding their mission or goal, or their prospects/companies “not buying in” yet.

Many times, they fail.

Their plan doesn’t work or they make a mistake...but they learn from it.

They reflect and work to understand why it failed, then they bring that learning with them and they try again.

So - what's that thing you're putting off?

That thing you keep procrastinating on by reading another blog post or watching another video or posting another post.

Sending that cold email, sharing that LinkedIn post -- what is it for you?

Today, I want you to stop worrying about doing it wrong or "failing" at it.

Instead ,

Channel that energy into action. Find the first step and take it. GET started.

Embrace failure when it comes (it will) and find the lesson in it -- learn from it.

Then rinse and repeat every single day.
