Real Estate Market Research Specialist

As we are rapidly growing, we are looking to expand our business operations into Florida. As such, we are hiring a Market Research Specialist to assist us in this endeavor. This job will be on a short-term project basis but we have long term career opportunities for the right candidate in a similar role.
Primary responsibility will be to gather & analyze specific macro and micro level market data to evaluate and compare various cities in Florida, USA for the purposes of real estate investment.
You will be conducting research, compiling findings both qualitative and quantitative and present them to our management team and summarizing the findings in Excel for further review. Project deadline is by 11/22/2021.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience in Conducting Market Research
- Familiar with Public Databases (BLS, US Census Bureau Data, Social Explorer, etc)
- Understand Basic Economic Concepts & The Path of Progress
- Intermediate Excel Skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulaes, etc)
