Jasey Capital Group We are Hard Money Lenders specializing in Funding Fix and Flips, Buy and Holds and Bridge Loans.

My name is Kyle Jasey and I am a Hard Money Broker specializing in Fix and Flips, Buy and Holds, and Bridge Lending. I entered the real estate profession in 2013 and I have been working as a Hard Money Lender since the Spring of 2014. My team and I created this website to address some of the questions that we get from real estate investors every day. I have worked for 2 of the 5 largest HM Lenders

in the country and we currently fund our loans through over a dozen different lending partners. In addition to covering the lending programs that we offer, this site also lays out some of the advantages of using hard money and how it can help you to grow your real estate business. Hard Money Tip: Beware of lenders who require large upfront payments to underwrite your deal. Your willingness to pay for an appraisal should be enough to show that you're serious. Some lenders seem to only charge fees and never fund!!!
