**Meet Marya Polanco, Insurance Consultant at J&J Assurance Group.**

When Marya met Jacqueline Morales, she was a homemaker who also helped run a restaurant in Newark, New Jersey. Jacqueline saw her potential and encouraged her to pursue an insurance producer’s license. Because Marya did not speak English, she initially thought the goal was out of reach.

Marya took the licensing exam in Spanish, but its unfamiliar legal terminology was challenging. With Jacqueline’s continued encouragement, she persevered and passed on her ninth attempt. She went on to become one of J&J’s top producers, building a career serving her Latino community.

Marya goes above and beyond for her clients. She travels to meet them and even helps them read letters and notices outside the scope of health insurance. She understands that people sometimes need someone they trust to listen, explain, and help them find their next step.

Meet Tracy Sims, full-time Insurance Consultant at J&J Assurance Group.

Tracy was already licensed to sell life and health insurance when he walked into the J&J office and asked to join the team. He was looking for the training and support to build his career.

With Jacqueline’s mentorship, Tracy strengthened his approach to serving clients while keeping compliance at the center of his work. He completed approximately 80 applications in his first year with J&J and became one of the agency’s top producers.

Tracy is grateful for Jacqueline’s patience, guidance, and willingness to share what she has learned. Today, he brings that same commitment to every client he serves.
