Our first Business Community Event was a success! 🎉
I want to personally thank Mayor J. Christian Bollwage, the City of Elizabeth, and the entire team for their support, dedication, and for providing the location and staff that helped make this event possible.
Many people ask me, “Jacqueline, why are you involved in business networking and economic development when you’re an insurance broker?”
The answer is simple: I believe in helping people grow.
Yes, I am an insurance broker, but I wear many hats. From the moment Elizabeth welcomed me with open arms to work alongside the Elizabeth Development Company and the Urban Enterprise Zone Program, I realized that supporting businesses goes far beyond insurance.
As an entrepreneur who started her business in a basement, worked tirelessly to build a successful insurance agency, and now has the privilege of helping other businesses succeed, this work is deeply personal to me.
I understand the challenges of starting a business. I understand the sleepless nights, the sacrifices, the uncertainty, and the determination it takes to keep going. That’s why helping business owners access grants, loans, resources, and opportunities is something I am truly passionate about.
If you own a business in Elizabeth, are planning to open one, or simply need guidance on available resources, please reach out. Whether it’s financial assistance, grants, loans, networking opportunities, or business support, I am always willing to help.
When one business succeeds, our entire community grows stronger.
Thank you, Elizabeth, for trusting me to be part of this journey. This is only the beginning, and I look forward to helping many more businesses thrive.
❤️ Together, we are building a stronger Elizabeth—one business at a time.
