Yves called me when I was in a bad situation and needed to purchase a house immediately because my current lease was expiring and my current landlord was selling his home. Mr. Boroughs, walked me through the process. He addressed my concerns . Guided me step by step, told me to gathered specific documents. Most of all my mortgage was lowered over $200 dollars, I skipped a month of paying my new mortgage payment. The whole process took less than two weeks.
