$50,000 and $25,000. Here’s what each one protects.

Suede Care, powered by Clym, includes two protections for your merchants:

Website accessibility: up to $50,000 in ADA fine protection.
Dual pricing: up to $25,000 in non-compliance assessment (NCA) protection.

Dual pricing rules vary by state, card brand, and program structure, and website accessibility is enforced at both the federal and state level. Setup is light. Merchants add the Clym widget to their site in 5 to 10 minutes, and Clym handles onboarding and merchant support.

Both figures are “up to” amounts, and terms apply. For limits, conditions, and details, ask your Suede Relationship Manager.
