Feeling incredibly blessed, humbled, and honestly a little flattered tonight. ❤️
When we started building Burleson Insurance, I always hoped to create more than just a successful business. I wanted to build a place where people felt valued, supported, appreciated, and genuinely enjoyed coming to work.
There is something so rewarding about watching our team grow, especially when talented people want to be part of what we're building. As an employer, that is one of the greatest compliments I could ever receive.
We have been blessed with an AMAZING group of people who bring different talents, personalities, experiences, and strengths to the table. Each one brings something special to our agency, and I truly believe our people are what make our business successful.
Being a business owner comes with plenty of challenges, but moments like these remind me why we do what we do.
I'm so proud of the team we have, excited about the new faces joining us, and grateful for the ones who have helped us get to where we are today.
You can build a business, but it takes great people to build something special. 💗
