All changes that were made during the Annual Enrollment Period will be in effect as of January 1, 2025. Deductibles will be reset on most plans to $590 for the year. Be mindfull when going to the pharmacy that you may experience different costs than you had in 2024 as the plans may have made changes. Yearly deductible reset: Your deductible has reset to its annual limit, which means you'll need to meet that amount before your plan starts covering a certain percentage of your prescription costs.

If you remain enrolled in an Anthem MAPD plan in Ohio, you will need to keep your OTC benefit card to use in 2025. You will be receiving a new membership card, but the OTC card will remain the same.

Your maximum out-of-pocket, OTC, dental, and other benefits are resetting at the end of this month, make sure that you use your benefits by the end of the year.
