I have worked in the mortgage field for the past 28 years, with 24 years being based in mortgage lending. During my 24 years of lending, my mortgage lending has consisted of purchases, refinances, debt consolidation, construction loans, land loans, and home equity loans. I strive to offer superior service to my clients by researching all possible loan products that will best fit their financial
needs. I listen to the client and get to know them personally; doing that allows me to offer suggestions of other options that they may not have been aware of or thought of. I utilize my knowledge and experience to educate them so that they can feel comfortable through the entire process. I am always looking ahead at any possible obstacles that may need to be addressed so that the client and I can work together early in the process to resolve them as soon as possible to have a successful real estate closing for all parties. I grew up in Tebbetts, Mo, just North of Jefferson City, and graduated from Jefferson City Senior High School. I met my husband Greg in 1998, and we have been married since 2001. My goal at Central Bank is to have the home loan transaction as seamless as possible for my clients and all the parties involved. I truly feel that education and communication are crucial, and with those two combined, we will be sure to have success!
