MOSERS is hiring a chief communications officer to lead our award-winning communications team. This position reports to the chief operating officer and is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy for MOSERS. This role is critical to maintaining public trust, supporting fiduciary responsibility, and ensuring clear, accurate, and transparent communication with members, retirees, employers, and the media. The individual in this position has administrative and supervisory responsibility for planning, directing, and evaluating the development and distribution of all aspects of MOSERS defined benefit communication and education programs. This position is based in our office in Jefferson City, Missouri.
