MOSERS is wrapping up another successful season of DOC on-site seminars! On September 17, we held one of our final 2026 on-site retirement seminars at Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center (FRDC) for DOC employees within five years of retirement eligibility.

Did you know that most MOSERS members receive Basic Life Insurance at no cost? This coverage, provided by Standard Insurance Company, equals one times your annual salary.

Members can also purchase Optional Life Insurance for themselves and their dependents. Optional coverage is available in $10,000 increments, up to six times your salary or $800,000. Enrollment is required, and you may be asked to submit evidence of insurability.

Twenty-five years ago today, our nation faced one of its darkest days. We pause this Patriot Day to remember the lives lost in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The U.S. and Missouri state flags fly at half-staff at MOSERS and all government buildings today in their memory.
