Excited to share that Mitchell Mundy has been promoted from Associate Financial Advisor to Financial Advisor Associate with the Tooley Ruhe Menke Group at Baird.

Since joining Baird in May 2020, Mitchell has played an integral role in supporting our financial advisors through comprehensive financial planning, investment analysis, and client service. During that time, he developed a strong foundation in helping clients navigate important financial decisions and achieve their long-term goals.

In his new role, Mitchell's focus will shift toward growing his own advisory practice, building meaningful client relationships, and helping individuals, families, and business owners pursue their financial goals with confidence.

Mitchell's commitment to professional excellence is reflected in his impressive credentials. He earned bachelor's degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Southern Indiana, a Master's Degree in Personal Financial Planning, and holds the CFP® and CDFA® designations, along with his Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Outside the office, Mitchell is equally committed to serving our community. He lives in Huntingburg with his wife, Lauren, and daughter, Pieper, and is an active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He serves as President of YMI and Raider Legacy and is a member of the VUJ Foundation Board.

Whether he's serving clients, volunteering in the community, tending to his garden, or participating in church league softball and his local bowling league, Mitchell brings energy, dedication, and leadership to everything he does.

Yesterday was a big day for our team. Jessica passed her Series 7 exam, and I passed my Series 24 exam.

I'm incredibly proud of Jessica and thankful to work for a company that believes in investing in its people. Baird encourages us to keep growing and provides the training, support, and resources needed to succeed.

The best part is that every new skill and credential helps us better serve the clients who trust us with their financial futures.

Afterward, we took some time to celebrate the accomplishment together. Cheers to hard work, continuous learning, and a team that supports one another every step of the way!

At our Jasper office, we celebrated Pi Approximation Day with a friendly pie competition that showcased both baking skills and a little healthy workplace rivalry.

The entries included:
• All-American Apple Pie (Allison, Collin, and Phil)
• Creamy Coffee Pie (Jeff)
• Mississippi Mud Pie (Mitchell)
• Key Lime Pie (Jessica)

After tasting and voting, the competition ended in an initial tie between Mitchell's Mississippi Mud Pie and Jessica's Key Lime Pie. Following a tiebreaker vote, Jessica claimed the title and took home the win.

Events like these remind us that strong teams are built not only through serving clients and working together each day, but also through the relationships, camaraderie, and fun we share along the way.
