I have Rent to Own options 🤩

Do you have clients that can’t get a mortgage?

Do they have an income source?
Do they have assets/gift funds/etc (preferably 10%+ down)?

✅I approve client
✅You show them the houses they want
✅I buy house, you get commission 💵
✅If client decides to exit/sell property, you will be the listing agent if within the Rent to Own contract time. Yep, another commission 😉

Offering this option to those I cannot approve on the mortgage side. So client will need to apply and provide all documents for a clear picture of what can done.
