Happy "What A Difference A Day Makes" Friday! It's who you "R" and we are so proud to serve you!

More than 250 Canopy Housing Foundation REALTOR® volunteers rolled up their sleeves and worked side by side during the 2026 REALTORS® Care Day event on April 17 in honor of Fair Housing Month.

The annual day of service focused on helping a diverse group of homeowners with critical—and often unaffordable—exterior home repairs, along with essential adaptive and safety modifications at 13 sites across the Charlotte region and Haywood County, North Carolina.

Over the course of a single day, REALTOR® teams completed a wide range of community projects, including supporting Habitat for Humanity builds; landscaping homes with fresh flowers and yard cleanup; interior painting; refreshing shelter kitchens and bedrooms; organizing pantry and storage spaces; moving donated items into off-site storage; repairing and replacing playground equipment; and clearing debris from outdoor areas. The work supported safer, healthier and more welcoming spaces for the communities they serve.
