Julie is a Senior Vice President - Senior Investment Consultant with Baird. With over 36 years of experience in the financial service industry, Julie has extensive experience working with individuals and business owners designing financial strategies specific to their goals.
Julie grew up locally on a dairy farm in Brodhead, Wisconsin. Hard work was the only option when it came to responsibilities on the farm, and she carries that same philosophy into her practice. Her values and the importance of family guide her way of life. Julie’s clients admire her because of who she is. They can depend on her, to be honest, and provide advice they know they can trust. She views her clients as family and enjoys getting to know them and what’s most important in their life so she can provide the guidance needed to assist in meeting their financial goals.
Julie and her husband Gary have lived in the Rock County area their entire lives. They enjoy biking, gardening, and spending time with family. They have been blessed with two daughters Kari (Christopher) and Lindsey (John) and three adorable grandchildren, Camryn, Maci, and Kelsi.

Baird has been a significant part of Kari’s life for over two decades. She grew up observing her mother build her business as a Baird Financial Advisor, and knows first-hand how making smart financial decisions early on can make a positive impact on a person’s financial well-being. She aims to provide her clients with the right guidance and tools they need to reach their financial goals, and now as a partner with her mother, she aspires to mirror the same devotion to her clients by providing the best service and financial guidance available.
Kari’s core focus lies in helping individuals and families who want to make sure they’re on track to meet their retirement goals by creating a financial plan customized to their needs. Connecting with the next generation of Baird families will be another key focus for Kari and The Rumage Drascic Group; providing guidance that allows them to make educated financial decisions early on.
Kari grew up in the Rock County area where she currently lives with her husband, Chris, and two children, Camryn and Kelsi. She spends her free time with her family and their rescue dog, Riley.

Samantha has been with Baird since 2014 and is a recent graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership. Samantha is currently in the process of obtaining her Series 7 designation, which will make her a more valuable resource to the clients of The Rumage Drascic Team. Samantha shares many of the same values as Julie and Kari which helps create a strong team dynamic and high-quality client service approach.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband Trey, their daughter Aubrey and their dog Mindy.
