Sweet treats to beat the heat! (Say that 5x quickly!)

We’ve already surpassed our total 2025 Workers’ Comp production with AmTrust, and we still have four months to go!

September 1 also means we can officially start working on January 1 Workers’ Comp renewals, the biggest renewal date of the year.

We’re pleased to share that we’ve gotten approval to open up our volunteer partnership with Junior Achievement of North Florida to clients and partners!

As part of Ricci Insurance Group’s Charity Referral Program, we’re spotlighting Junior Achievement this fall, and we’d love to have some familiar faces from our network join our team in volunteering for "JA in a Day" on October 22.

This is just a single half-day commitment, but it’s an opportunity to make a real difference. Volunteers spend the morning in a local elementary school helping students build practical skills around financial literacy, work and career readiness, and entrepreneurship. No teaching experience is required, and JA provides the training and materials.

We’re excited to announce a new partnership with Junior Achievement to sponsor the JA Stock Market Challenge at Wolfson High School!

This partnership is part of our Ricci Insurance Group Charity Referral Program, which gives our referral partners the opportunity to nominate nonprofit organizations that are important to them and doing great work in our community. Ellen Cottrill of Avant Construction Group nominated Junior Achievement, and we’re excited to support an organization focused on preparing young people for their financial futures.

Through the JA Stock Market Challenge, students will learn about investing, risk management, teamwork, decision-making, and long-term financial planning before putting those skills to work in a live stock market simulation.

Our involvement will go beyond the sponsorship. Members of our team will spend time in the classroom this fall mentoring students, sharing real-world career experiences, and helping them prepare for the Stock Market Challenge in December.

We created our Charity Referral Program as a way to turn the referrals our partners send us into an opportunity to give back, and we love that this partnership also gives our team a chance to get directly involved.

Thank you, Ellen, for introducing us to this opportunity. We’re looking forward to working with Junior Achievement and the students at Wolfson High School this fall!

Whitney Ricci , Karma Adams , and Noelle Thomas had a great time at the Jacksonville Business Journal Awards last night, celebrating Ricci Insurance Group LLC ‘s third time being recognized as one of Northeast Florida’s fastest-growing companies.

This year’s racing theme provided lots of fun puns and Ricky Bobby quotes (“Shake and bake, baby!”), but it was super cool to see just how much this event has grown over the years. It was by far the biggest event we’ve attended, with honorees bringing more of their teams along for the celebration, and more professionals from across Jacksonville showing up to support and network with the companies helping drive our local business community forward.

Congratulations to all 50 honorees! And an extra congratulations to our clients who made the list… and, hopefully, a few soon-to-be clients too. 😉

The 2026 Inc. 5000 list came out TODAY and Ricci Insurance Group LLC made it AGAIN!

For the second year in a row, we’ve been named one of the fastest-growing private companies in America! Wild to think we started as a scratch agency in Jacksonville in 2014. No book of business. No big team. Just a lot of hard work, figuring things out as we went, and some really great people who believed in what we were building.

Fast forward 12 years, and we have a team of 30+ professionals and an agency we are incredibly proud of.

There are a LOT of people who have played a part in getting us here. Our team, our clients, our referral partners, our carrier partners, our families, and everyone who has supported Ricci Insurance Group along the way.

Making the Inc. 5000 last year was a bucket-list kind of moment. Here's to seeing what we can do next!

Whitney got a sneaker deal!... sort of.

No, Nike didn't call.... But Liberty Mutual Insurance surprised Whitney with a pair of custom Limu Emu & Doug Converse as a thank you for her years of advocacy and leadership on behalf of independent insurance agents. This fall, she'll serve as President of Liberty Mutual's National Agents Advisory Council, helping represent independent agents from across the country.

These leadership roles are entirely volunteer-based, requiring time away from both the agency and family. Whitney continues to serve because she believes that when independent agents have a voice, our industry gets better, our carrier partners get better, and most importantly, our clients benefit.

We're proud to have a leader who is committed to making a difference!
