“Agents influencing change.” That’s the purpose behind the Liberty Mutual Insurance National Agents Advisory Council, and we were proud to have our president, Whitney Ricci, serve as its National President this week in Nashville.

Pictured alongside Liberty Mutual leadership Hamid Mirza, Luke Bills, and Tyler Asher, are the regional presidents and vice presidents who make up the national council. These agency leaders give time away from their families and businesses to represent independent agents and the clients we serve. For those serving in council leadership, that commitment typically spans five years or more.

The work is a two-way conversation: agents bring concerns and ideas from their regions, and Liberty Mutual leadership comes back with progress. Whitney has been part of that process since 2021, advocating through some of the most challenging years our industry has faced.

We appreciate every person in this photo for making the time, doing the work, and following through. You all are making our industry better for all agents and clients.

We’ve always loved our office, and it was fun to share it with the women of Women Business Owners of North Florida for a networking event. It was our first time hosting an event here, and we couldn’t have asked for a kinder group. Thank you for all the compliments on our space and for making the evening such a wonderful experience.

Our President & Founder, Whitney Ricci, served as National President of the Liberty Mutual Insurance National Agents Council this week in Nashville!

Since joining the council in 2021, Whitney has helped bring the concerns and ideas of independent agents and their clients to the table. This year’s progress was a career highlight for her.

“Agents influencing change” is the council’s motto, and we’re proud to see Whitney put it into practice.

Whitney Ricci recently spent a few days in Dallas for ISU Steadfast Insurance Agency Network ’s Agency Principal Forum, an event that brings together approximately 40 elite independent agency owners from across the country, for industry updates and mastermind-style collaboration.

This session focused heavily on AI and how agencies can thoughtfully manage the rapid pace of change through intentional change-management planning.

The insurance industry (& business as a whole) is evolving faster than ever. Opportunities like this allow us to learn alongside some of the best agency leaders in the country, exchange ideas and bring valuable strategies home to Ricci Insurance Group LLC .
