Today, this beautiful new trophy officially joined its 7 buddies at Ricci Insurance Group, and we couldn’t be more proud of our team for continuing to rise to the occasion year after year… even when it feels like the goal posts in this industry keep moving.

If you are not familiar with Rethreaded, they are a non-profit who gives women who are survivors of human trafficking (namely s*x trafficking) the tools and services to help their reclaim their lives and autonomy. This includes employment through Rethreaded, professional training, legal advocacy, and mental health resources.
This is their survival wall, which is representative of the survivor’s journey to freedom and healing.

One of the most valuable parts of events like this is the opportunity for real face time with carrier partners, vendors, and industry leaders. I’m excited to reconnect with longtime partners we know and trust, continue strengthening some newer relationships that are growing in exciting ways, and hopefully, discover a few new partnerships we haven’t even started yet!

Jenni and Alexis spent the morning away from the office obtaining some continuing education at a disaster response and cleanup class hosted by our partners at Windward Risk Managers and Joe Taylor Restoration.
