In one instance, I emailed him a question and he responded with a 5-minute video explaining the fields of a document. We saw slightly lower rates from other lenders, but stuck with Jeremy because of the competitive rate and trusted service.

We never heard of an impact lender, or knew mortgage companies existed outside of the traditional bank. At our first meeting, our eyes were opened to a whole new experience - we knew we were more than a process to a bank who would only later sell our mortgage. Jeremy provided us with options and took the time to educate us on the pros/cons of each so we could feel like we were making the best choice for us. He is attentive, responsive and made us feel like we were his only clients. Jeremy & Movement had the ability to move quickly and in our favor. He worked closely with our realtor and other service providers to get us the best outcome and all while we were out of state. 5 stars is not enough - i would give 15 if i could!

Jeremy was born and raised in Jacksonville FL, graduating from the University of North Florida in 2011 and started his residential lending career in March of 2012. Enjoying the experience of assisting clients with their home purchase, he recruited his wife Darrah to join the mortgage world as his trusted assistant in 2016. Together they are making homeownership dreams a reality all over the state of Florida! Having the opportunity to help clients purchase a new home, whether it be their first home ever, they are looking to upgrade to meet the demands of a growing family, or even downsizing after the kids have moved out, it is our goal to keep the process as enjoyable and pain-free as possible.
