Time for a refresh at the office! Here are some before and after shots. New paint and landscaping.

Thank you i pick paint color (Pam Sather) for telling us what to do. Mark Burdetsky for actually painting this thing and to Liberty Landscape for ripping out and putting back some great landscape!

The skyrocketing home insurance prices we’re seeing are from bad actors pushing fraudulent claims that also have litigation costs added in. The Legislature has called a special session to add some price relief and hopefully fix these broken systems for the future.

"New premiums will be based on a property's value, risk of flooding and other factors, rather than simply on a property's elevation in a flood zone. They will take effect on Oct. 1, 2021, for new policies and April 1, 2022, for the rest, FEMA said."

Hundreds of thousands of Americans will pay significantly more to insure their homes in coastal areas and flood zones under new rules released on Thursday by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the first major update to its pricing system in half a century.
