🏡 Huge win for homeownership! NAMB thanks the House Financial Services Committee for passing the Housing for the 21st Century Act (H.R. 6644).

Big thanks to the bipartisan team—Chairman French Hill (AR), Ranking Member Maxine Waters (CA), and Subcommittee leaders Mike Flood (NE) and Emanuel Cleaver (MO)—for championing this legislation.

Why does this matter? Building more homes is only half the battle. Families also need access to reliable, affordable financing from professionals who understand their local markets. That's us. The VLIP credit is extended for another year! If you are under 50% AMI for income ($51,150 in Duval, Nassau, and St Johns County) you get a $2500 credit at closing on your Conventional home purchase. It was supposed to end at the end of February but today was extended until 2027!
