BSA Claims Solutions is hiring an experienced Litigated Liability Specialist to support a Florida-based client. This is a remote desk position handling complex third-party liability claims, including litigated matters. This role focuses on claim review, coverage analysis, litigation strategy, settlement evaluation, and coordination with counsel.

Key Highlights:
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–6 PM EST
• Pay: $464/day (1099 Contractor)
• Location: Remote (Florida credentials required)

Responsibilities:
• Manage litigated 3rd party injury/property claims
• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and vendors
• Identify Subro/Salvage/SIU/Underwriting opportunities
• Negotiate and settle claims

Requirements:
• Florida Adjuster License OR Florida Bar membership
• 8+ years handling property claims
• 6+ years handling 3rd party liability claims
• 4+ years managing litigated files

BSA Claims Solutions is actively seeking experienced Louisiana Citizens Field Adjusters to support daily and CAT claims throughout Louisiana. If you are a licensed adjuster with Louisiana Citizens experience and are looking for deployment opportunities with a respected team, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact the insured to confirm loss and schedule inspection
• Perform comprehensive inspection of the loss site
• Create detailed drawings with measurements of damaged/affected interior rooms
• Enter inspection notes into XactAnalysis in a timely manner
• Prepare a thorough estimate based on inspection notes
• Label all photos correctly within Xactimate

Requirements
• Completed LCPIC Certification
• Louisiana Claims Adjuster License
• Active X1 subscription
• Provide XactNet address
• Residential Adjusters: Minimum 3 years of adjusting experience
• Commercial Adjusters: At least 7 years of adjusting experience
• Compliance with state-specific licensing requirements
• Physical ability to climb roofs, enter crawl spaces, and perform necessary field tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to travel to claim locations
• Strong caseload management, virtual environment, written and oral communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to represent BSA in claim adjudication, hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and other proceedings
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Adherence to carrier-specific claims handling guidelines

Compensation & Employment
• Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
• Pay: 2/3 split to the adjuster of the Fee Schedule
• Mileage paid for over 100 miles roundtrip

BSA Claims Solutions is currently seeking an experienced professional to manage 1st and 3rd party property claims appeals and high-exposure litigation. This role supports appeals before district courts and the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows effectively between in-house appellate attorneys and outside counsel on matters that may influence legal precedent.

In addition, the position handles litigation involving high-risk plaintiff firms, as well as unique cases including Citizens' immunity matters, fee disputes, and other non-standard breach of contract claims—all requiring specialized handling due to significant exposure and nuanced legal issues.

Requirements
8+ years property claims experience, including 4+ years in litigation;
OR JD (American Bar Association accredited) + Florida adjuster license + 4+ years claims experience;
OR Florida-licensed attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar

Compensation & Type
$100,000/year (estimated)
1099 Independent Contractor
