Our Downtown branch at 501 E. Bay Street will permanently close this Friday, August 21, as the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office relocates its headquarters.

While we prepare to open our new Riverside branch in the JSO Headquarters building at 532 Riverside Avenue, members can continue banking at these nearby locations:

📍 Baptist Medical Center – 820 Prudential Drive (approximately 1 mile away)
📍 UF Health Jacksonville – 655 W. 8th Street (approximately 1.5 miles away)
📍 Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside – 1 Shircliff Way (approximately 2.5 miles away)

📢 Our Downtown branch, located in the Police Memorial Building at 501 E. Bay Street, will permanently close on August 21, 2026, as the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office relocates to its new headquarters on Riverside Avenue.

The good news? We're not going far. We're excited to announce plans to open a new Alive Credit Union branch in the new JSO Headquarters building within the Florida Blue tower at 532 Riverside Avenue in early November.

During the transition, members can continue banking at any Alive branch, including these nearby locations:
