IF the proposed homestead exemptions were implemented as they currently have projected... primary residence exemption will go up to $150,000 in 2027 and $250,000 in 2028. This would only effect city/county taxes and not school or non-ad valorem. HYPOTHETICALLY, here's how they would effect a random address in Duval.
