Joseph Spencer, RICP - First Command District Advisor Coaching those who serve in their pursuit of financial security. He has a desire to support and help members of the military community.

As a financial advisor with First Command, Joseph has a passion to help people define and pursue their goals. He coaches professionals and families seeking financial security, in addition to mentoring members of the military. One of the most rewarding aspects of his career is the ability to help the military. He has had the unique opportunity to serve as a United States Marine for more than 20 yea

rs, and served in the Camp Lejeune area for more than 13 of those years. Joseph is a member of an Advisor force who is dedicated to working with clients, both active-duty military and civilian professionals. These client families are located in and around the North Carolina communities of Jacksonville, Wilmington and include Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Stations New River and Cherry Point. At First Command, more than 70% of the Financial Advisor force are veterans. We provide all training and support for those desiring a satisfying and worthwhile career spent helping others.
