Sometimes it's the small things you don't expect that end up kicking your butt during a sale.

It's been a busy few days. Our small office closes on at least a handful of properties every week. A majority are within the city limits of Jacksonville, but we buy a few dozen every year in St. Augustine, Orange Park, Palm Coast, Yulee, pretty much anywhere that our team can drive within a few hours to meet you in person and make an offer.
